Rowlands Recruitment, as you might have guessed, helps get people jobs. And they’re pretty darn good at it. In fact, they’re the leading recruitment agency in Jersey and are dedicated to connecting top talent with the best opportunities in finance, law, technology, and other industries.

Brief

I worked with Rowlands on a bunch of projects, from creating their radio advert (wrote a jingle which is one of my best gigs to date), to writing job descriptions for law, accounting and finance companies.

I was also part (specifically, the writing part) of their creative team for the unveiling of their new flexible recruitment service.

This service was to be aimed at the ABC1 demographic, who are unable to find the time to search for new employment opportunities during office hours. Rowlands employed me to come up with a name for this new service and accompanying copy for a press release, newsletter, 30-second radio advert, and four articles promoting flexible recruitment.

Thus, ‘Work Around You’ was born.
